Planeación Estratégica de la Empresa Constructora De Obras de Ingeniería # 17 de Holguín para el período 2015-2018

Abstract

La presente investigación lleva por título “Planeación Estratégica de la Empresa Constructora de Obras de Ingeniería # 17 de Holguín para el período 2015-2018”, tiene como objetivo elaborar una propuesta de plan estratégico que permita contar con estrategias para enfrentar las cambiantes condiciones que impone el entorno actual. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos. Para el logro del objetivo se aplicó el procedimiento de Planeación Estratégica en las organizaciones cubanas diseñado por González Marrero (2013), compuesto por herramientas matriciales, encuestas, consulta a expertos y aplicación de software, fundamentado en un diagnóstico de su situación interna y externa, lo cual permitió diagnosticar que la situación actual de la entidad es favorable, con predominio de fortalezas y oportunidades. También se confeccionaron la Matriz Interna – Externa y la Matriz DAFO, las cuales facilitaron la generación de alternativas estratégicas potenciando las estrategias de resistencia y las ofensivas respectivamente. Por último se elaboraron los posibles escenarios, los objetivos estratégicos y el Plan de Acción Estratégico, con el fin de brindarle a la empresa una herramienta efectiva para la puesta en marcha de las estrategias seleccionadas, las cuales con su implementación permitirán a la organización obtener mejores resultados y lograr un mejor desempeño. A través de todos los elementos antes mencionados se arribaron a conclusiones y recomendaciones de la investigación logrando el objetivo propuesto.

The present investigation takes for title Strategic "Planeación of the Company Manufacturer of Works of Engineering #17 of Holguín for the period 2015-2018", he has as objective to elaborate a proposal of strategic plan that allows to have strategies to face the iridescence colors conditions that it imposes the current environment. For the development of the investigation theoretical and empiric methods were used. For the achievement of the objective the procedure of Strategic Planeación was applied in the Cuban organizations designed by González Marrero (2013), composed by tools matriciales, surveys, it consults to experts and software application, based in a diagnosis of its internal and external situation, that which allowed to diagnose that the current situation of the entity is favorable, with prevalence of strengths and opportunities. They were also made the Internal Womb. External and Main DAFO, which facilitated the generation of alternative strategic developing the resistance strategies and the offensives respectively. Lastly the possible scenarios, the strategic objectives and the Strategic Plan of Action were elaborated, with the purpose of offering to the company an effective tool for the setting in march of the selected strategies, which will allow to the organization to obtain better results and to achieve a better acting with their implementation. Through all the mentioned elements they were arrived to conclusions and recommendations of the investigation achieving the proposed objective.
