El Fortalecimiento de la cultura ambiental de los habitantes en la comunidad Ramón Quintana del municipio Holguín

Abstract

La presente investigación incluye como título El fortalecimiento de la cultura ambiental de los habitantes en la comunidad Ramón Quintana del municipio Holguín, parte de un estudio de diagnóstico el cual reveló un conjunto de insuficiencias relacionadas con la cultura ambiental que deben manifestar los habitantes para el desarrollo sostenible de la localidad. La investigación se apoyó en los fundamentos teóricos que sustentan la cultura ambiental, hasta llegar a las concepciones más actuales que conciben el contexto comunitario como un escenario ideal para promover la cultura, con énfasis en la cultura ambiental de sus habitantes. Como métodos y técnicas del nivel científico se emplearon los siguientes: teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos/matemáticos, a fin de determinar el comportamiento ambiental asumido por los habitantes de la comunidad Ramón Quintana del municipio Holguín. La significación práctica de la investigación radica en un plan de acción para el fortalecimiento de la cultura ambiental de los habitantes en la comunidad Ramón Quintana del municipio Holguín; así como, indicadores cualitativos para evaluar el comportamiento ambiental de los habitantes durante las actividades convocadas. Los resultados de la investigación están dirigidos a ofrecer al Grupo de Trabajo Comunitario herramientas flexibles y de fácil implementación para fortalecer la cultura ambiental de los habitantes de la localidad, a la altura de las exigencias que demanda la sociedad cubana actual.

This investigation, which is related to the environmental culture of the residents of Ramon Quintana Comunity and their incidence on the sustainable development of the town, emerges out of the determinetion of a diagnosis study which revealed a set of problems related to the evironmental culture that should be expressd by the residents for the sustainable development of that town. The investigation was based on Thoerical-methodological fundaments that support the environmental culture for sustainable development, to reach the present conceptions about comunnal cultural work assumened by the different cuban authors from Marxist positions. For the development of this investigation, different methots were used: Theorical, Empirics and Mathematics ones with the goal to determine the present state of the environmental culture of the residents of Ramon Quintana Town for the sustainable development of that place. As a practical contributuion, an Action Plan is suggested in order to strengthen the environmental culture of the inhabitants of the town and its sustainable development. That plan contains methodological suggestios to take it to practice, as well as indicators to evaluate the environmental behavior of the residents and social actors on the fulfillment of their funtions. The results of this investigation give an answer which is ready to take to it practice because it offers to social actors, fexible tools, easy to implement to favor the environmental culture of the residents for the sustainable development of the town according to the demends of the present cuban society.
