Abstract

La urgencia y necesidad de los estudios raciales en nuestro país ha posibilitado la realización de varias investigaciones que abordan esta temática en la actualidad. La política social amparada por el Estado a partir del triunfo revolucionario se propuso eliminar cualquier forma de discriminación a este nivel, aunque en la actualidad perduran prejuicios raciales en las representaciones tanto individuales como colectivas. Teniendo como soporte esta idea se confeccionó el siguiente tema de investigación La Representación Social de las personas negras, una visión del cine cubano de ficción a partir del año 2000-2015, siendo seleccionado el cine cubano de ficción por la peculiaridad de que es uno de los principales medios donde se ejemplifican las problemáticas sociales. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo fundamental la realización de un estudio valorativo que reveló los modos de expresión de la Representación Social de las personas negras en el cine cubano de ficción a partir del año 2000-2015. Para una mejor comprensión del tema se abordaron términos de vital importancia como los conceptos de raza, prejuicio racial, racismo y representaciones individuales y colectivas, memoria social e identidad. A partir de la búsqueda bibliográfica, se analizó la evolución y el estado actual de la temática en diversos medios culturales, sociales y de comunicación. Se determinó la representatividad de las personas negras, con la ayuda de tres aspectos establecidos por el Dr. Jesús Guanche Pérez, social, cultural y su implicación en la vida cotidiana. Desde esta perspectiva se analizaron los filmes Miel para Oshún, Video de Familia, e Irremediablemente Juntos.
