Plan de acciones para mejorar la gestión de la producción local de materiales en el municipio Cueto

Abstract

La producción local de materiales para la construcción es un tema muy importante que se está implementando en nuestro país para buscar soluciones al problema de la vivienda a partir de materias primas locales. En el presente trabajo se declara como problema de investigación cómo perfeccionar la gestión de las producciones locales de materiales para la construcción en el municipio Cueto. Como objetivo general de la investigación se pretende proponer un plan de acciones para mejorar dicha gestión. Para esto se realizó un diagnóstico del comportamiento de dicha producción basándose en los procesos que intervienen en esta. Se valoró la obtención de materias primas, la capacidad productiva, la producción, la capacitación, el proceso de comercialización y ventas, la capacitación del personal y la promoción y divulgación del programa donde se obtuvieron deficiencias mayoritariamente en el proceso de obtención de materias primas. Para un mejor desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron los siguientes métodos teóricos: histórico-lógico, análisis y síntesis, hipotético-deductivo, sistémico-estructural y modelación, y los métodos empíricos: análisis documental y observación científica. Para la edición de la bibliografía se utilizó la norma APA.

The local production of construction materials is a very important topic which is developing in our country to look for solutions to living houses through the obtainment of local raw materials. In the present work it is declared as a problem of investigation how to improve the management of the local production of materials for the construction in the municipality of Cueto. As a general objective of the investigation it was proposed a plan of action to have better management. For that reason, a diagnosis of the behavior of that production, which was based on the processes that are included in it. It was valued the obtainment of raw materials, the capacity of production, the production, the capacitation, the process of commercialization and sales, the staff training and the promotion and divulgation of the Program were there were deficiencies mainly in the process of obtaining raw materials. For a better development of the investigation there were used theoretical method such as analysis and synthesis, hypothetic-deductive, systemic-structural and modelling and the empiric ones such as documentary analysis and scientific observation. For the edition of the bibliography there were used APA norms.
