| dc.description.abstract | Nuestro país a puesto interés especial en las cuestiones medioambientales, en el
sistema empresarial cubano es de obligatorio cumplimiento poseer un sistema de
gestión ambiental. La empresa de Servicios de Redes y Telecomunicaciones de
los Órganos de la Defensa (SERTOD) ubicada en aguas claras, está inmersa en
este proceso, trabajando por una mayor competitividad y eficiencia en su
desempeño.
Los técnicos en gestión ambiental pertenecientes a SERTOD, tienen gran número
de clientes a visitar, obteniéndose de ellos numerosos datos, esto provoca que se
manejen grandes volúmenes de información por parte del especialista en gestión
ambiental, los que son analizados para la confección de la licencia ambiental,
esto puede tener varias iteraciones hasta que el Ministerio de Tecnología y Medio
Ambiente (CITMA) esté de acuerdo con la licencia entregada a ellos. Internamente
en las propias sedes de la empresa se realiza periódicamente el análisis de las
deficiencias ambientales detectadas por el CITMA y las nuevas encontradas por el
grupo de inspección de SERTOD, todo esto ocurre de forma manual.
La investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un sistema informático que mejore
la gestión de información medioambiental de SERTOD Para la construcción de la
solución propuesta se utilizó el lenguaje de programación PHP con el apoyo
del Framework CodeIgniter, Sistema Gestor de Base de Datos PostgreSQL y el
servidor Web Apache, con metodología de desarrollo de software ICONIX, que
permitió obtener un producto sostenible que satisface las necesidades que lo
originaron y humanice el trabajo de los especialistas de SERTOD. Our country to on special interest in the environmental questions, in the system

The technicians in environmental administration belonging to SERTOD, have great
number of clients to visit, being obtained of them numerous data, this causes that
big volumes of information are managed on the part of the specialist in
environmental administration, those that are analyzed for the making of the
environmental license, this can have several iterations until the Ministry of
Technology and environment (CITMA) it agrees with the license surrendered to
them. Internally in the own headquarters of the company is carried out the analysis
of the environmental deficiencies detected by the CITMA and the new ones found
by the group of inspection of SERTOD periodically, all this happens in a manual
way.
The investigation has as objective to develop a computer system that improves the
administration of environmental information of SERTOD For the construction of the
proposed solution the programming language PHP it was used with the support of
the Framework CodeIgniter, System database Agent PostgreSQL and the servant
Apache Web, with methodology of software development ICONIX that allowed to
obtain a sustainable product that satisfies the necessities that originated it and
