Aplicación de metodología para el ordenamiento de los residuos sólidos domiciliarios en el Consejo Popular Harlem

Abstract

En la actualidad, el reto de manejar adecuadamente los residuos sólidos no sólo continúa siendo una realidad, sino que es cada día más perceptible ante los daños ocasionados al medio ambiente y a la imagen urbana de las ciudades. Para mejorar esta problemática en asentamientos donde la población aumenta considerablemente y los recursos con los que se cuenta para disponer de una ciudad limpia no son suficientes, se necesita aplicar herramientas que permitan controlar y regular la situación actual desde sus orígenes. Tal es el caso del consejo popular Harlem de la ciudad de Holguín, donde se implementó una metodología para el ordenamiento de los residuos sólidos domiciliarios que permitió una mejor organización del servicio de limpieza urbana y generar cambios e impactos favorables en la calidad de su ambiente, propiciando mejores condiciones ambientales para sus habitantes. La solución del problema de la investigación y el cumplimiento del objetivo fue posible con la implementación de un sistema de métodos de investigación científica de naturaleza teórica, empírica y estadística – matemática.

At current time, the challenge of managing o the solid residuals appropriately do not only continue being a reality, but rather it is more perceptible before the damages caused to the environment and the urban image of the cities. To improve this problem in establishments where the population and the resources increases with those that is counted to have a clean city are not enough, it is needed to apply tools that allow to control and regulate the updated situation from their origins. I it is the case of the Harlem popular council of Holguín city, where a methodology was implemented for the taxonomy of the solid residuals of the domicile that allowed a better organization of the service of urban cleaning to generate changes and favorable impacts in the quality of their atmosphere, favoring a better environmental condition for their inhabitants. The solution of the problem of research and the fulfillment of the objective was possible with the implementation of a system of methods or scientific investigation of theoretical, empiric and statistic - mathematics
