Propuesta de variantes para incrementar la producción arrocera en la UBPC Juan José Fornet Piña

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma fue realizado en la Unidad Básica de Producción Cooperativa (en lo adelante UBPC),”Juan José Fornet Piña“ ubicada en el Consejo Popular de La Ceiba en el Municipio Rafael Freyre. El estudio se realizó con el objetivo de incrementar la producción arrocera en la UBPC, mediante los métodos de investigación del nivel teórico y del nivel empírico; así como el estadístico matemático, lo que permitió arribar a las siguientes conclusiones: no se refleja el verdadero análisis de la situación productiva en la unidad y que esta metodología puede servir como guía para la capacitación y material de referencia para extenderla a otras formas de producción cooperativas y a productores independientes. La mencionada metodología, como cumplimiento de los lineamientos del sexto congreso del partido, se recomienda para incrementar la producción arrocera en el territorio y sustituir importaciones debido a que muestra herramientas de utilidad para el sistema de trabajo y el cumplimiento de la misión productiva en la UBPC y para todo el sistema de la agricultura cubana. La investigación se desarrolló en el período del 20 de noviembre de 2011 al 20 de enero de 2012.

The present diploma work was carried out in the Basic Unit of Cooperative (in the UBPC advances) Production, "Juan José Fornet Pineapple" located in the Popular Council of Ceiba in the Municipality Rafael Freyre. The study was carried out with the objective of increasing the rice production in UBPC, by means of the methods of investigation of the theoretical level and of the empiric level; as well as the statistical one mathematical, what allowed to arrive to the following conclusions: he/she is not reflected the true analysis of the productive situation in the unit and that this methodology can serve like guide for the qualification and reference material to extend it to other cooperative production forms and independent producers. The mentioned methodology, as execution of the limits of the sixth congress of the party, it is recommended to increase the rice production in the territory and to substitute imports because it shows tools of utility for the work system and the execution of the productive mission in UBPC and for the whole system of the Cuban agriculture. The investigation was developed in the period of November 20 from 2011 to January 20 2012.
