Rediseño y puesta en marcha de la prensa criolla de 30 T

Abstract

El presente trabajo está relacionado con el rediseño, fabricación y puesta en marcha de la prensa criolla de 30T, la que se sometió a un proceso de mejoramiento de sus condiciones técnicas entre las que podemos mencionar. Recalculo de los tornillos de fijación de la tapa del cilindro, eliminando de la deformación plástica que poseía la misma, eliminación de la deformación plástica de la mesa y reforzamiento de esta. El diseño y fabricación de un sistema de trinquete que tiene como objetivo las operaciones de ascenso y descenso de la mesa, la adaptación de un dispositivo limitador de recorrido del pistón. Sustitución de los sellos afectados, se fabricaron cuatro conectores que estaban defectuosos y se eliminaron los salideros de aceite recuperándose de esta forma todas sus potencialidades técnicas.

The present work is related with the I redraw, production and setting in march of the Creole press of 30T, the one that underwent a process of improvement of its technical conditions among those that we can mention. Recalculo of the screws of fixation of the cover of the cylinder, eliminating of the plastic deformation that possessed the same one, elimination of the plastic deformation of the table and reinforcement of this. The design and production of a foremast system that he/she has as objective the ascent operations and descent of the table, the adaptation of a device constrainer of journey of the piston. Substitution of the affected stamps, four connectors were manufactured that they were faulty and the salideros of oil was eliminated recovering this way all their technical potentialities
