Reorganización y puesta en explotación del Laboratorio de Preparación de Muestras Metalográficas y tratamiento término de la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

Este trabajo responde a la reorganización y puesta en explotación para el mejoramiento y desarrollo metodológico de las Prácticas de laboratorios de Ciencia de los Materiales I y II, teniendo en cuenta los contenidos que están previstos en el plan de estudio de la Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica de la Universidad de Holguín. Con el desarrollo y culminación del presente trabajo se persigue que estudiantes y profesores tengan mejores condiciones ergonómicas del local para establecer la metodología que se debe seguir en la preparación y montaje de las prácticas de laboratorios de estas asignaturas, teniendo en cuenta primeramente el equipamiento adquirido por el Ministerio de Educación Superior para estos fines. La asimilación de las modernas tecnologías, cada vez más complejas, no es un proceso pasivo, ni se logra solamente entrenando al personal técnico, se necesita de una cultura alrededor de esas tecnologías, por la que la preparación del personal se basa en el conocimiento y dominio a profundidad de las leyes y principios básicos que la sustentan y de los requisitos de disciplina tecnológica que rigen su funcionamiento. This work responds to the reorganization and setting in exploitation for the improvement and methodological development of the Practices of laboratories of Science of the Material I and II, keeping in mind the contents that are foreseen in the plan of study of the Career of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Holguín. With the development and culmination of the present work is pursued that students and professors have better ergonomic conditions of the local to establish the methodology that should be continued in the preparation and assembly of the practices of laboratories of these subjects, keeping firstly in mind the equipment acquired by the Ministry of Superior Education for these ends. The assimilation of the modern technologies, more and more complex, is not a passive process, neither it is only achieved training the technical personnel, it is needed of a culture around those technologies, for which the personnel's preparation is based on the knowledge and domain to depth of the laws and basic principles that sustain it and of the requirements of technological discipline that govern its operation. This allows to face new and unexpected situations
