Análisis del desempeño empresarial de la UEB no 1. Combinado Lácteo Rafael Freyre Torres

Abstract

Es una realidad que en un mundo en crisis económica mundial y de clientes más exigentes cada día, se hace necesario alcanzar un nivel mayor en el desempeño empresarial. Esto se asocia a elevar la satisfacción del cliente sobre la base de una adecuada utilización de los recursos financieros, materiales, humanos, etc. Es por ello que las empresas contemporáneas, incluidas las cubanas, y en particular la UEB No 1 Combinado Lácteo Rafael Freyre Torres, dirigen sus esfuerzos a ser cada vez más eficiente y eficaz. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se desarrolló esta investigación. En ella se trazó como objetivo realizar la evaluación del desempeño empresarial a partir de indicadores, para identificar los problemas existentes y proyectar soluciones que contribuyan a alcanzar mejoras en la UEB No 1 Combinado Lácteo Rafael Freyre Torres. Como resultado de este estudio se determinó que durante los primeros semestres del periodo 2015 al 2017, no se alcanzó un óptimo desempeño. Las causas fundamentales están relacionadas en el orden técnico organizativo de la producción de yogurt de soya, aunque se precisan otras. En función del diagnóstico se proyectaron las alternativas de mejoras, con su correspondiente valoración económica y social. El cumplimiento del objetivo general se garantizó a través del empleo de diversos métodos teóricos, empíricos y técnicas entre las cuales se pueden relacionar: observación directa y revisión de documentos.

It is a well-known fact that in a world going through an economic crisis and full of clients growing more demanding every day it is essential to reach a higher level in the business performance. This is associated with raising customer satisfaction on the basis of an appropriate use of financial, material and human resources, etc. In order to accomplish with this requirements, modern companies, the Cuban ones included, particularly the UEB Number 1 Rafael Freyre Torres, puts all its efforts to be more and more effective and efficient. Taking into consideration all the previously stated the author developed this investigation whose main objective is to perform an evaluation of the business performance departing from indicators as to identify the existent problems and come up with solutions that will improve the functioning of the UEB Number 1 Rafael Freyre Torres. As a result of this study it was determined that during the first semesters belonging to the 2015-2017 period, the plant did not reach its best performance. The main causes for this to happen are related to technical and organizational issues in the soy yoghurt production, although there are other factors involved as well. Based on the diagnosis, the improvement alternatives were projected, with their corresponding economic and social assessment. The attainment of the general objective was guaranteed through the use of several theoretical, empirical and technical methods among which can be related: straight observation and evaluation of documents.
