Estudio de factibilidad del proyecto de iniciativa municipal de Desarrollo Local: ampliación del servicio de reparación de colchones e introducción de línea de producción

Abstract

El análisis de factibilidad forma parte imprescindible del proceso de evaluación al cual debe someterse todo proyecto de inversión, ya que permite determinar la rentabilidad de la idea que se desea acometer y así decidir si conviene o no llevarla a cabo. El actual trabajo investigativo presenta un estudio de factibilidad para conocer qué resultados aporta la decisión de inversión en el proyecto de ampliación del servicio de reparación de colchones e introducción de línea de producción a la Empresa Industrias Locales Varias de Holguín. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la factibilidad técnico-económica del proyecto en cuestión y para el logro del mismo, se han utilizado diferentes métodos científicos como análisis-síntesis, inducción-deducción y observación que permitirá a los directivos la planeación y gestión de los recursos para su ejecución, y el control de los supuestos que permiten la recuperación del financiamiento inicialmente invertido en el tiempo y cuantía estimados en el estudio. Los resultados obtenidos, a través del cálculo de indicadores tales como: Valor Actual Neto (VAN), la Tasa Interna de Rentabilidad (TIR), el Período de Recuperación (PR) y la Tasa de Rentabilidad del Van (RVAN), permiten llegar a la conclusión de que es recomendable para la empresa llevar a cabo el proyecto de inversión.

Feasibility analysis is an essential part of the evaluation process to which all investment projects must submit, since it allows determining the profitability of the idea that is desired to be undertaken and thus deciding whether or not to carry it out. The current research work presents a feasibility study to know the results of the investment decision in the expansion project of the mattress repair service and introduction of the production line to the Industrias Locales Varias Company in Holguín. The objective of this research is to analyze the technical-economic feasibility of the project in question and for the achievement of it, have used different scientific methods such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and observation that will allow managers to plan and manage the resources for its execution, and the control of the assumptions that allow the recovery of the financing initially invested in the time and amount estimated in the study. The results obtained, through the calculation of indicators such as: Net Present Value (NPV), the Internal Rate of Profitability (IRR), the Recovery Period (PR) and the Van Profitability Rate (RVAN), allow us to reach the conclusion that it is advisable for the company to carry out the investment project.
