Plan de acciones estratégicas para la mejora continua de la innovación tecnológica en la ECOA 19

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo es diseñar un plan de acciones estratégicas para mejorar el estado de la innovación tecnológica en la empresa ECOA 19. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo de la investigación se elaboró el marco teórico referencial de la investigación donde aparecen recogidos los elementos fundamentales que permiten adentrarse en el estudio del tema. Se realizó un diagnóstico del estado de la innovación tecnológica en la entidad, se precisaron las deficiencias existentes, y a partir de ellas se trazaron las acciones de mejora que debe seguir la organización. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se aplicaron métodos teóricos y empíricos que he purpose of this work is to decontribuyeron con el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto. Se obtuvo como principal resultado un plan de acciones estratégicas, lo que brinda un instrumento más apropiado para lograr la mejora continua del proceso de gestión de la innovación tecnológica en la empresa.

The purpose of this work is to design a plan of strategic actions to improve the state of the technological innovation in the company ECOA 19.To give execution to the objective of the investigation the mark theoretical referential of the investigation it was elaborated where they appear picked up the fundamental elements that allow t o go into in the study of the topic. It was carried out a diagnosis of the state of the technological innovation in the entity, they were necessary the existent deficiencies, and starting from them the actions of improvement were traced that it should foll ow the organization. For the development of the work theoretical and empiric methods were applied that contributed with the execution of the proposed objective. It was obtained as main result a plan of strategic actions, what offers a more appropriate inst rument to achieve the continuous improvement of the process of administration of the technological innovation in the company
