Propuesta de un Manual de Gestión de la Calidad para la UEB Rafael Freyre (ECOPP)

Abstract

Uno de los factores trascendentales para el éxito de una empresa es la calidad de sus productos o servicios. En las últimas décadas, existe una tendencia a la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad (SGC) documentado, con el cual se pretende obtener la plena satisfacción del cliente y una gestión eficaz en todas las áreas funcionales de una empresa. La presente investigación se realiza en la UEB Rafael Freyre (ECOPP). La misma se propone el fortalecimiento de la documentación del SGC y resolver tal situación. Se obtuvo como resultado un Manual de Gestión de la Calidad (MGC), el cual es el documento rector del sistema, en este se recoge los objetivos, misión, política de calidad y la interacción entre los procesos que se desarrollan en la empresa. El resultado se expresa mediante la valoración de la factibilidad del manual a partir del criterio de especialistas. La solución del problema de la investigación y el cumplimiento del objetivo fue posible con la implementación de un sistema de métodos de la investigación científica de naturaleza teórica, empírica y estadística – matemática.

One of the transcendental factors to the enterprise to be successful are the quality of the products or services, therefore since last decade have had a tendency to the implantation of the administration´s systems of the quality, it might allow us to obtain the complete satisfaction of the client and an efficient administration the functional areas of and enterprise. This investigation has been applied in the UEB Rafael Freyre which belong to the ECOPP, the objective is to fortify the documentation of the administration´s systems of the quality and solve that situation. The result is a manual of the administration of the quality, it is the principal document of the systems which is referee to the objective mission quality of polities and the interactions bitterer process which take place into the enterprise. The result is expressed by means of the valoration of the efficiency of the manual from the criterion of specialist. The solution of the investigation problem and the compliment of the objective was possible due to the implementation of the systems of the methods of scientific investigation like theoretic empirical and statistics – mathematics.
