Captación de talento deportivo. Una propuesta de indicadores para el fútbol femenino

Abstract

El fútbol es un deporte que exige un gran desempeño en los jugadores, es un juego en que una persona depende de otra, el fútbol también es un deporte que mueve a las personas, unifica las clases sociales, minimiza diferencias, es un deporte que generalmente está asociado al hombre pero que las mujeres también pueden jugarlo, es un deporte que mueve naciones. En Cuba recién se está impulsando el fútbol femenino, en Junio del 2012 empezó el primer campeonato a nivel nacional con la participación de seis (6) provincias, sin embargo, el fútbol femenino en la provincia de Holguín aún no tiene la aceptación deseada, porque las instituciones deportivas, y estudiantiles no realizan actividades para fomentarla. A través de este trabajo investigativo se pretende explorar los modelos e indicadores que se utilizan para la captación de talentos deportivos, con el fin de proponer cuál asumir para el fútbol femenino en las categoría sub-12 en Holguín, los modelos investigados como características físicas, habilidades técnicas y tácticas ayudaron a establecer la propuesta de indicadores para captar talentos femeninos en el fútbol, y la información se obtuvo a través de la investigación bibliográfica, la cual permitió desarrollar y fortalecer el marco teórico en el que se sustenta esta investigación, además se aplicaron encuestas y entrevistas, para la comprobación y respuesta de las tareas científicas. La propuesta tienen como base 4 aspectos fundamentales para determinar el talento en el fútbol de las mujeres deportistas, estas son; las características físicas, habilidades técnicas y tácticas, y las características psicológicas, bajo estos parámetros se evaluarán a las deportistas para determinar sutalento
