| dc.description.abstract | En los sectores de la PNR del país, se recoge información de los delitos y las indisciplinas sociales que atentan contra la seguridad y el orden interior, estos datos son insertados y analizados en el Sistema Informático de Trabajo Comunitario (SITC). Los resultados obtenidos constituyen un soporte fundamental para la toma de decisiones.
Con la investigación se logró el análisis dinámico y en tiempo real de los comportamientos, tendencias y predicciones sobre las personas de interés policial procesadas en el SITC, lo que contribuye a mejorar de forma confiable y oportuna el sistema informativo y favorece el proceso de toma de decisiones.
Se guió el desarrollo del software con una metodología orientada a las necesidades de información del negocio denominada Multidimensional Architecture (MD), se agiliza su fase de modelado multidimensional con la metodología Hefestos y se le agregan elementos del Proceso Unificado de Desarrollo (RUP, por sus siglas en inglés) para complementar la construcción de la aplicación de usuario final. El producto informático fue elaborado con la suite de Oracle para tecnologías de Inteligencia de Negocios (OBIEE+).
