Gestion integrada y proactiva de restricciones físicas en el proceso alojamiento del Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca

Abstract

La actualización del modelo económico cubano exige que se amplíen y se exploten a cabalidad las instalaciones turísticas por intervenir de forma significativa en los ingresos del país. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo: gestionar, con una concepción integrada y proactiva, las restricciones físicas en el proceso Alojamiento del Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca, a partir de la aplicación parcial del procedimiento propuesto por Pérez Pravia (2010), para lo cual fue de vital importancia la cooperación de los trabajadores y directivos implicados en el proceso. Como resultados se obtuvo un desbalance entre la carga y la capacidad del cargo de camareras, lo que resultó ser la restricción subordinadora actual y futura en la sección Hotel (edificio). Para eliminar esta restricción se propusieron tres alternativas que no implican inversiones o gastos no planificados. Todo lo anterior expuesto fue posible a través de la aplicación de diferentes técnicas como: Método Delphi, entrevistas, observaciones directas, tormenta de ideas, revisión documental, técnicas de estudio de tiempo y procesamientos estadísticos.

The updating of the Cuban economic model demands a conscientiously extension and exploitation of touristic facilities, as they are of great significance for the State revenues. The aim of this investigation is to administer the physic al restrictions related to the Lodging process of Brisas Guardalavaca Hotel, along with an integrative and proactive conception, and a partial application of the procedure suggested by Pérez Pravia (2010), for which it was of vital importance the cooperation of workers and executives involved in the process. As a result, it was found an imbalance between the cargo and the maid´s cargo capacity, which came to be the current and future subordinator restriction at the Hotel section (building). To eliminate this limitation, three alternatives that do not imply investments or non-planed expenses were proposed. For the development of this work it was necessary the application of different techniques such as: Delphi Method, interviews, direct observations, brain storms, documental revision, time study techniques and statistical processing.
