El Derecho de Seguridad Social: presupuestos para su necesaria configuración teórica y didáctica en Holguín.

Abstract

La investigación que se presenta se titula “EL DERECHO DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL: PRESUPUESTOS PARA SU NECESARIA CONFIGURACIÓN TEÓRICA Y DIDÁCTICA EN HOLGUÍN.” Estructurada en dos capítulos presenta como problema científico: Cómo contribuir a erradicar las insuficiencias teóricas y didácticas en torno al Derecho de Seguridad Social cubano, que afectan la formación profesional de los estudiantes de la carrera de Licenciatura en Derecho en Holguín. Contiene un estudio sobre los fundamentos teóricos y didácticos que convierten al Derecho de Seguridad Social cubano en una rama autónoma dentro de la Ciencia del Derecho, el análisis se apoya en un examen del cuerpo normativo vigente que regula el Sistema de Seguridad Social en Cuba. Con el fin de darle solución al problema científico planteado se confeccionó un programa analítico de asignatura propio para el Derecho de Seguridad Social, puesto que en la actualidad se carece del mismo en la Escuela de Derecho holguinera. Se elaboró además un material didáctico que sirva de soporte para la impartición de la asignatura que se propone. Tanto el programa de asignatura como el material se conformaron con apego a las categorías de la Didáctica y a la metodología cubana establecida en ese sentido. Con el empleo de diferentes métodos, tanto teóricos, jurídicos así como empíricos, se analizó la información disponible, se asumieron posiciones particulares y en los cinco capítulos que conforman el material didáctico se fundamentan los aspectos científicos que confieren autonomía al Derecho de Seguridad Social cubano.

The research is entitled Social Security Law: assumptions for its necessary didactic and theoretical configuration in Holguín. The investigation has two chapters, and the scientific problem is the following: How to contribute to eradicate the theoretical gaps regarding Social Security Law in Cuba, which affects the professional formation of law students in Holguín? This research contains a study on the theoretical and didactic fundamentals that make Cuban Social Security Law an autonomous part of this science. The analysis is supported on an examination of the current regulatory body that rules the Cuban Social Security System. To solve the scientific problem, an analytical curriculum of the Social Security Law subject was made, because there is not any in Holguín Law School. Besides, a bibliographic material was created to support the teaching process of the subject. Both the curriculum and the material were made following the established Cuban Didactic and Methodological categories. Using different methods, like the theoretical, empirical and juridical ones, the analysis of the information was made and some positions were taken. Besides, in the five chapters of the didactic material are supported all the scientific aspects that give autonomy to the Cuban Social Security Law.
