PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA APLICACIÓN DEL REORDENAMIENTO LABORAL EN LAS ENTIDADES SUBORDINADAS A LA DELEGACIÓN DE LA AGRICULTURA EN LA PROVINCIA DE HOLGUÍN

Abstract

El reordenamiento laboral se presentó en el panorama cubano actual como una política estatal para buscar la eficiencia de la empresa socialista, partiendo de un análisis profundo sobre la fuerza de trabajo. El reordenamiento del Modelo Económico Cubano ha evidenciado los errores que en la planificación de la economía se estaban cometiendo. El trabajo está basado en un análisis sobre el proceso de Reordenamiento Laboral en la provincia de Holguín, partiendo del estudio de la norma que lo rige e investigaciones anteriores respecto al tema. Esta investigación da a conocer las deficiencias que se detectaron en el proceso de disponibilidad llevado a cabo en nuestra provincia. El estudio brinda acciones que contribuyen a la efectividad del proceso y la necesidad de lograr la mejora continua del mismo.

The labour realignment was presented in the Cuban present day panorama as a state-owned policy to look for the socialist company's efficiency beginning with a complete soul-searching on manpower. The realignment of the Cuban Economic Model has evidenced errors that they were committing while planning the economy. The work is based in an analysis on the process of the realignment at Holguín's province, departing from the study of the standard that governs it and previous investigations in relation to the theme. The investigation communicates the deficiencies that were detected in the process of realignment that took place in our province. The study offers a group of measures that contribute to the effectiveness of the process and the need to achieve the continuous improvement of it.
