Glosario de términos comentados: un medio para favorecer el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la asignatura Derecho Administrativo.

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo favorece el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la asignatura Derecho Administrativo con la implementación de un producto informático consistente en la elaboración de un glosario de términos administrativos y jurídicos comentados, que servirá tanto a los estudiantes, como a los operadores del Derecho y demás profesionales, ajustándose de esta forma a las transformaciones del modelo económico y social, que vive nuestro país en los momentos actuales, lo que constituye el objetivo general y el aporte de esta investigación. La misma está estructurada en dos capítulos: el primero aborda las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones y los medios didácticos en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, donde se brindan distintas definiciones sobre el tema; en el segundo se muestran los resultados obtenidos tras la realización de entrevistas y encuestas, a profesores y estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho, esencialmente a los del Curso Regular Diurno, y se realiza una breve explicación sobre el funcionamiento del sitio, que permite un mejor entendimiento del mismo. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el análisis- síntesis y la inducción-deducción; y métodos empíricos como la entrevista no estructurada a especialistas y la revisión de documentos. Esta investigación brinda un aporte a la formación de los futuros juristas, al desarrollo cualitativo de la actividad administrativa cubana y al proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje.

The present paper will favour the teaching-learning process at Laws degree. It consists on putting into practice a computer product, that is, the glossary of said terms in the Administrative´s Law subject. It will be very useful, not only for the students, but also for professionals of this field. The general objective of this paper and at the same time its main contribution is the adjustment to the new transformation of the cuban social and economic model at present-day. It is structure in two chapters: the first one approaches the computer technologies and communications and the use of didactic means in the teaching-learning process. It also brings differente topic´s definitons. The second one, shows the main results obtained throughout the developing of interviews and surveys among students and professors of the Law Faculty, specifically, those regarding the students of the regular course. It is carried out a brief explanation about site´s operations permiting a better understanding of it. It is used theoretical methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction and empirical methods; such as: the non-structured interview to specialists and the bibliography reviewing. This reserach work contributes in the preparation of futures Law professionals, for developing quality in the administrative cuban activity and in the improvement of the teaching-learning process.
