Abstract

Hoy en día existe la imperiosa necesidad de los pueblos de unificarse, por lo que la presente investigación pretende enmarcar los derechos humanos en el contexto de la integración en América Latina y el Caribe, desde la doctrina de los derechos humanos y sus diferentes conceptualizaciones, creando las bases jurídicas de los derechos humanos para América Latina y el Caribe. El trabajo que se presenta a continuación lleva como título: ``Los derechos humanos como referente normativo en la Integración Latinoamericana y Caribeña´´. Autora: Gabriela Torres Rómulo y Tutor: Dr. C. Vladimir Pita Simón. Comprende la Historia y la teoría de los derechos humanos, así como un estudio comparado con los procesos de la Unión Europea, y la conformación de una propuesta de marco normativo para la regulación de los Derechos Humanos desde el proceso de integración regional y la realidad institucional de la CELAC. Los Métodos generales de la investigación teórica que utilizamos son: Análisis y síntesis, Inducción y deducción, Hermenéutico, Dialéctico-materialista y Abstracto-concreto. Además, como Métodos específicos de las ciencias jurídicas: El Método Histórico-Jurídico y el Método Jurídico-comparado. El cuerpo de nuestra investigación estará conformado en dos capítulos, el primero compuesto por tres epígrafes, se titula: ``Fundamentos Teóricos e Históricos de los Derechos Humanos´´. En el segundo capítulo integrado por cuatro epígrafes y denominado ``Derecho internacional y derechos humanos más allá del estado nacional´´. Nowadays the imperious necessity of the towns exists to birome unified, for what the present investigation seeks to frame the human rights in the context of the integration of Latin America and Caribbean, from the doctrine of the human rights and its different conceptualizations, creating the juridical bases of the human rights for Latin America and Caribbean. Vladimir Simón Whistles. It is understood the History and the theory of the human rights from their beginnings, as well as a study compared with the processes of European Union in this respect. The general Methods of the theoretical investigation that we use are: Analysis and synthesis, Induction and deduction, Hermeneutic, Dialectical- materialistic and Abstract-concrete. Also, as specific Methods of the juridical sciences: The Historical-juridical Method and the Juridical-compared Method. The body of our investigation will be conformed in two chapters, the first compound for three epigraphs, is titled: '' Theoretical and Historical Basics of the Human Rights ''. In the second chapter integrated by four epigraphs and denominated '' International Right and human rights beyond the national state ''.
