Estudio de la Organización del trabajo en el taller de soluciones técnicas de COPEXTEL Moa. Aplicación Brigada Clima - Gastronomía

Abstract

El presente trabajo se desarrolló en el taller de Soluciones Técnicas COPEXTEL Moa perteneciente a la División Territorial Holguín, con el objetivo de realizar un estudio de organización del trabajo en la Brigada Clima - Gastronomía. Para alcanzar dicho objetivo se aplicó el procedimiento de Nieves Julbe (2008), el cual permitió detectar problemas que afectan la organización del trabajo en el taller y proponer soluciones para la mejora. El estudio estuvo apoyado de técnicas de estudio de tiempo como la autofotografía y la fotografía colectiva, así como la utilización del software MedTrab para el procesamiento de información; así como el empleo de métodos teóricos y empíricos. Con la aplicación del procedimiento se determinó que en las parejas de trabajo de la Brigada Clima no existe un buen aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral, que las brigadas de trabajo existentes en el taller no son suficientes para asimilar la carga de trabajo y que existen insatisfacciones de los trabajadores con las condiciones de trabajo. A partir del diagnóstico se trazaron estrategias de mejora que contribuirán al desarrollo de la organización. Como resultado de la investigación, se determinó el estado de la organización del trabajo en el taller y se confeccionó el Manual de Organización de Trabajo el que servirá de base para el desarrollo de similares estudios en los restantes talleres de la División Territorial.

The present work was developed in the workshop of Solutions Technique COPEXTEL Moa belonging to the Territorial Division Holguín, with the objective of carrying out a study of organization of work in the Brigade Climate - Gastronomy. To reach this objective was applied Nieves Julbe (2008), which allowed to detect problems that affect the organization of work in the workshop and to propose solutions for the improvement. The study was leaning of technical of study of time like the autofotografía and the collective picture, as well as the use of the software MedTrab for the prosecution of information; as well as the employment of theoretical and empiric methods. With the application of the procedure it was determined that in the couples of work of the Brigade Climate a good use of the labor day doesn't exist, that the existent work brigades in the workshop are not enough to assimilate the work load and that the workers' dissatisfactions exist with the work conditions. Starting from the diagnosis strategies of improvement were traced that will contribute to the development of the organization. As a result of the investigation, the state of the organization of work was determined in the workshop and the Manual of Organization of Work the one was made that will serve of base for the development of similar studies in the remaining workshops of the Territorial Division.
