Integración de la dimensión ambiental en la formación de los recursos humanos en el Policlínico Pedro Díaz Cuello

Abstract

La problemática medioambiental constituye uno de los principales temas de análisis hoy en día, pues está ligada al desarrollo alcanzado por el hombre, por eso se hace indispensable que las organizaciones requieran de recursos humanos con un alto nivel de formación, capaces de alcanzar un desempeño laboral superior teniendo en cuenta el cuidado y protección del medio ambiente. Una de las instituciones que más impactos ambientales generan son los policlínicos, por tal motivo surge la necesidad de mejorar su desempeño ambiental a través de la formación de sus trabajadores, por ser el factor clave para el éxito organizacional. La presente investigación sigue como objetivo general aplicar un procedimiento para integrar la dimensión ambiental en la formación de los recursos humanos en el Policlínico Universitario “Pedro Díaz Cuello” de la provincia de Holguín, para dar cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto, se elaboró el marco teórico práctico referencial que sustenta la investigación donde aparecen recogidos los principales aspectos teóricos relacionados con el tema objeto de estudio. La aplicación del procedimiento en la institución permitió detectar las deficiencias en la integración de la dimensión ambiental en la formación de los recursos humanos, a partir de las cuales se formularon estrategias de mejoras, que al implantarse, demostraron como resultado la factibilidad del procedimiento. Para el desarrollo del estudio se utilizaron varios métodos teóricos y empíricos incluyendo técnicas y herramientas de la Ingeniería Industrial.

The environmental problem constitutes one of the main analysis topics today in day, because it is bound to the development reached by the man, for that reason its becomes indispensable that the organizations require human resources with a high formation level, able to reach a superior acting labor keeping in mind the care and protection of the environment. One of the institutions that generate more environmental impacts is the policlinics, for such a reason the necessity arises of improving its environmental acting through the formation of their workers, to be the key factor f or the organizational success. The present investigation pursues as general objective to apply a procedure to integrate the environmental dimension in the formation of the human resources in the University Policlinic "Pedro Díaz Cuello" of the county of Holguín, to give execution to the proposed objective, the mark theoretical practical referential was elaborated that sustains the investigation where they appear picked up the main theoretical aspects related with the topic study object. The application of the procedure in the institution allowed to detect the deficiencies in the environmental dimension´s integration in the formation of the human resources, starting from which strategies of improvements were formulated to achieve its integration that when being implanted, they demonstrated the feasibility of the procedure as a result. For the development of the study several theoretical and empiric methods were used including technical and tools of the Industrial Engineering.
