La Dirección Integrada de Proyectos y el Proceso Inversionista en Cuba

Abstract

Como consecuencia del panorama actual en el que vive la sociedad cubana, donde los avances científico-técnicos, las modificaciones del modelo económico y el ambiente competitivo de las organizaciones exigen a la universidad desarrollar sus mejores esfuerzos en la formación de profesionales con un alto nivel de preparación. Esta preparación no se obtiene solo con los contenidos tratados en el aula sino que además el mismo debe desarrollar un exhaustivo trabajo extraclase que apoye la labor del profesor. Por ello es necesario contar con una vasta bibliografía que complemente las clases como pilar importante en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, sin embargo, la carencia de un libro de texto básico en la asignatura Distribución en Planta que integre el tema: “Dirección Integrada de Proyecto, Sistema Inversionista en Cuba y Plan General” constituye un problema aún no resuelto. Para el desarrollo de la investigación fueron empleados diferentes métodos de investigacióntanto teóricos como empíricos, entre los cuales se encuentran: análisis-síntesis, histórico-lógico, inducción - deducción, sistémico estructural y revisión documental. Por lo anterior expuesto, en la presente investigación se desarrolla el capítulo “Dirección Integrada de Proyecto, Sistema Inversionista en Cuba y Plan General” para formar parte del libro de texto básico de la asignatura Distribución en Planta. A través de la revisión y análisis documental se abordó los aspectos fundamentales de Dirección Integrada de Proyecto, Sistema Inversionista en Cuba y Plan General en consideración con las necesidades propias de profesores y alumnos. Este capítulo fue validado por el criterio de expertos resultando factible su análisis.

As consequence of the current panorama in the one that the Cuban society lives, where the advances scientist - technicians, the modifications of the economic pattern and the competitive atmosphere of the organizations demand to the university to develop their best efforts in the formation of p rofessionals with a high preparation level. This preparation is not obtained alone with the contents treaties in the classroom but rather the same one should also develop an exhaustive work extraclase that supports the professor's work. For it is necessary to have a vast bibliography that supplements the classes like important pillar in the teaching process and learning, however, the lack of a book of basic text in the subject Distribution in Plant that it integrates the topic: "Integrated address of Project, System Investor in Cuba and General Plan" it even not constitutes a problem resolved. For the development of the investigation they were employees different investigation methods so much theoretical as empiric, among which are: analysis - synthesis, historical - logical, induction - deduction, systemic structural and documental revision. For exposed the above-mentioned, in the present investigation the chapter is developed "Integrated Address of Project, System Investor in Cuba and General Plan" to be part of the book of basic text of the subject Distribution in Plant. Through the revision and documental analysis it was approached the fundamental aspects of Integrated Address of Project, System Investor in Cuba and General Plan in consideration with the necessities characteristic of professors and students. This chapter was validated by the approach of experts being feasible its analysis.
