Los Costos medioambientales en la gestión de sostenibilidad de los recursos naturales en la Empresa Eléctrica de Holguín

Abstract

La protección del medio ambiente se ha convertido en una prioridad, en una necesidad de primer orden para garantizar el desarrollo económico y social y, sobre todo, para la salud y supervivencia de la especie humana. La presente investigación surge debido a la necesidad de valorar las insuficiencias que se presentan en el registro de los costos medioambientales en la Empresa Eléctrica de Holguín, para gestionar la sostenibilidad de los recursos naturales y con ello preservar el medio ambiente, los resultados forman parte del proyecto internacional la gestión ambiental en los contextos Cuba _ Rusia. Como solución a esta problemática se implementa un procedimiento, que facilita la identificación y registro de los costos medioambientales de las nuevas líneas y subestación. Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos específicos, se empleó como método general de investigación el dialéctico materialista, así como métodos del nivel teórico y empírico, procedimientos y técnicas de investigación científica. El aporte de esta investigación radica en que el procedimiento aplicado sirve de guía para la identificación, registro, análisis y control de los costos medioambientales en la Empresa Eléctrica de Holguín, y permite gestionar la sostenibilidad de los recursos naturales para contribuir a la protección del medioambiente.

The protection of the ambient midway has become a priority, in a need of first order to guarantee the cost-reducing and social development and, most of all, for health and survival of the human sort. Present it investigation happens due to the need to appraise the insufficiencies that present itself in the record of the environmental costs at Holguín's Electric company, stops to try to obtain the sustainability of the natural resources with it and preserving the ambient midway, the results are a part of the international project the environmental step in the contexts Cuba Russia. As solution to this problem implements a procedure itself, that you provide the identification and record of the environmental costs of the new lines and substation. For the fulfillment of the specific objectives, the materialistic dialectician was used like general method of investigation, as well as methods of the theoretic level and empiricist, procedures and techniques of scientific investigation. The contribution of this investigation lies in that the applied procedure serves as guide for the identification, record, analysis and cost control environmental at Holguín's Electric company, and allows to try to obtain the sustainability of the natural resources to contribute to the environment protection.
