Contribución a la mejora de la ingeniería de mantenimiento en la Empresa Constructora Número Dieciocho de Granma

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo fue realizado con la finalidad de llevar a cabo una investigación sobre la situación que presenta la gestión de mantenimiento en la Empresa Constructora de Obras de Ingeniería número 18 de Granma, con el objetivo de evaluar el uso de la tecnología en la ingeniería del mantenimiento en dicha empresa. Para lograr esto, primero se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación de la ingeniería de mantenimiento con una recopilación de información sobre la gestión del mantenimiento y el uso de la tecnología. Este diagnóstico sirvió de base para seleccionar y aplicar las herramientas de análisis de datos como el diagrama de Ishikawa, dando como resultado las causas de existencia de un atraso tecnológico con el uso de la tecnología del mantenimiento arrojando diversos problemas que, de no ser corregidos a tiempo, pueden originar fallas que impactaran significativamente en la producción, seguridad y medio ambiente. Planteando una propuesta de mejora que contribuya al perfeccionamiento de la Gestión de la ingeniería de Mantenimiento

The following work was carried out with the purpose of carrying out an investigation on the situation that presents the maintenance administration in the company manufacturer of engineering works I number 18 of Granma, with the objective of evaluating the use of the technology in the engineering of the maintenance in this company. to achieve this, first he/she was carried out a diagnosis of the situation of the maintenance engineering with a summary of information on the administration of the maintenance and the use of the technology. This diagnosis served as base to select and to apply the tools of analysis of data like the diagram of Ishikawa, giving the causes of existence of a technological backwardness as a result with the use of the technology of the maintenance throwing diverse problems that, of not being corrected on time, they can originate flaws that impacted significantly in the production, security and environment. Outlining a proposal of improvement that it contributes to the improvement of the Administration of the engineering of Maintenance
