Dinámica de la estructura económica de Angola.

Abstract

El análisis del comportamiento de la dinámica sectorial, con el objetivo de encontrar alternativas de desarrollo en función de dinamizar aquellas actividades que apuntan a ser líderes y explotar mejor las ventajas comparativas que se convierte en una necesidad para los países. Por esto, la presente investigación se orientó a diagnosticar la dinámica de la estructura económica de Angola que permita identificar los sectores que más impactan en el crecimiento económico del país. El periodo de análisis comprende desde 2002 hasta el 2016. Para el logro del objetivo propuesto, se utilizaron diversos métodos del nivel teórico y empírico. Destacan en el primer grupo el dialéctico materialista, como método general, histórico-lógico, hipotético deductivo entre otros. Del nivel empírico se emplearon fundamentalmente la revisión documental, para la organización y análisis de los datos, el cálculo de índices estadísticos y de análisis regional como la especialización interna. Como resultado concreto se identificó que para Angola el sector petrolero es el mejor posicionado y este no puede ser obviado en la estrategia de desarrollo. Se constató que a pesar de ser un país dotado de diversos recursos naturales aún no se logra la diversificación productiva y de servicios. Se aporta además, un análisis del impacto del sector petrolero en el desarrollo económico del país y las fases concretas que ha experimentado Angola en el crecimiento económico.

The analysis of the behavior of the sectoral dynamics, with the objective of finding development alternatives in order to stimulate those activities that aim to be leaders and better exploit the comparative advantages that become a necessity for the countries. For this reason, the present investigation was oriented to diagnose the dynamics of the economic structure of Angola that allows identifying the sectors that most impact on the economic growth of the country. The analysis period includes from 2002 to 2016. To achieve the proposed objective, various methods were used at the theoretical and empirical level. The materialist dialectic stand out in the first group, as a general, historical-logical, hypothetical deductive method among others. From the empirical level, the documentary review was fundamentally used for the organization and analysis of the data, the calculation of statistical indices and regional analysis as the internal specialization. As a concrete result, it was identified that for Angola the oil sector is the best positioned and this can not be ignored in the development strategy. It was found that despite being a country endowed with diverse natural resources, productive and service diversification is not yet achieved. It also provides an analysis of the impact of the oil sector on the conomic development of the country and the concrete phases Angola has experienced in economic growth.
