Diagnóstico prospectivo estratégico del municipio Báguano

Abstract

La exposición a una economía tan dinámica como la de estos tiempos, hace que cualquier iniciativa económica local deba afrontarse con una perspectiva amplia del futuro, del entorno y de la competencia, esto incide en la forma de planificar y desarrollar cualquier iniciativa en los territorios. El presente Trabajo de Diploma tiene como objetivo realizar un diagnóstico estratégico prospectivo que favorezca la elaboración de la estrategia de desarrollo municipal, con la utilización de nuevas técnicas, herramientas e instrumentos. En la investigación se aplicó el Procedimiento de concertación multinivel para la elaboración del plan de desarrollo integral. Se analiza la estructura económica del municipio Báguano en un período de cinco años (2010-2015), evaluando las dimensiones económica, demográfica, medioambiental, infraestructura y social, lo que permitió conocer a través de la matriz de desarrollo territorial el comportamiento desfavorable del índice de resultado y del índice causal, posicionando al municipio entre los más rezagados, prevaleciendo las deficiencias que ratificaron dichos resultado.
