Estudio sobre el nivel de integración del sistema de gestión en la Empresa de Ingeniería y Diseño de Holguín, VERTICE

Abstract

Integrar sistemas de gestión en la actualidad, posibilita abrir las puertas de entidades empresariales a la gestión innovadora como una forma eficaz de disminuir los costos, mejorar la comunicación hacia el interior de la organización y obtener una mayor integración entre las áreas funcionales y la estrategia empresarial trazada. En ese contexto Cuba lleva a cabo un proceso de perfeccionamiento empresarial en el cual las organizaciones incrementan su desempeño en función de lograr una verdadera transformación del modelo económico. En este sentido se avanza en la consolidación de sistemas de gestión que permitan obtener estos resultados, para lo que se trabaja en función de lograr su integración en un solo sistema de gestión. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de integración del sistema de gestión en la Empresa de Servicios de Ingeniería y Diseño de Holguín, VERTICE, utilizando para ello la propuesta metodológica realizada por González A., Rodríguez I., (2010). Para lograrlo, se aplicaron métodos de la investigación científica (teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos), que posibilitaron una mayor aproximación al tema en cuestión y el procesamiento de los datos recopilados en las entidades objeto de estudio. Los resultados obtenidos avalan la pertinencia del estudio y la necesidad de implementar en diferentes organizaciones un Sistema Integrado de Gestión.

To integrate administration systems at the present time, he facilitates to open the doors of managerial entities to the innovative administration as an effective form of diminishing the costs, to improve the communication toward the interior of the organization and to obtain a bigger integration between the functional areas and the traced managerial strategy. In that context Cuba carries out a process of managerial improvement in which the organizations increase its acting in function of achieving a true transformation of the economic pattern. In this sense you advances in the consolidation of administration systems that they allow to obtain these results, for what one works in function of achieving their integration in a single administration system. The present investigation has as objective to determine the level of integration of the administration system in the Company of Services of Engineering and Design of Holguín, VERTICE, using for it the methodological proposal carried out by González A., Rodríguez I., (2010). To achieve it, methods of the scientific investigation were applied (theoretical, empiric and statistical) that facilitated a bigger approach to the topic in question and the prosecution of the data gathered in the entities study object. The obtained results endorse the relevancy of the study and the necessity of implementing in different organizations an Integrated System of Administration.
