Propuesta de una iniciativa municipal de desarrollo local (IMDL) en el municipio Mayarí

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma tiene como objetivo elaborar una propuesta de Iniciativa Municipal de Desarrollo Local (IMDL) en el municipio Mayarí que permita la diversificación de la producción de derivados de productos del agro , para así lograr el mejor abastecimiento de la población, de forma tal que tribute al desarrollo local del municipio y responda a los Lineamientos de la Política Económica y Social del Partido y la Revolución y a las Bases del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo Económico y Social hasta el 2030. Para lograr el cumplimiento del objetivo se utilizaron los diversos métodos de la investigación científica, tanto teóricos como empíricos dentro de los cuales se pueden citar el hipotético – deductivo, análisis – síntesis, histórico –lógico, observación, entrevistas abiertas y los métodos estadísticos. Como principal resultado derivado de la investigación se destaca la elaboración de una propuesta de Iniciativa Municipal de Desarrollo Local (IMDL) en el municipio Mayarí a través de la creación de una mini- industria lo cual contribuirá a la diversificación de la producción de derivados de productos del agro y a la consecuente satisfacción de la población.

The objective of this thesis is to prepare a Municipal Initiative for Local Development (MILD) proposal in the municipality of Mayari that allows the diversification of the production of agricultural products, in order to achieve the best supply to the population. This initiative tributes to the local development of the municipality and respond to the Guidelines of Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution and the Bases of the National Plan for Economic and Social Development until 2030. To achieve compliance with the objective were used the various methods of scientific research, both theoretical and empirical within which we can mention the hypothetical - deductive, analysis - synthesis, historical - logical, observation, open interviews and statistical methods. The main result derived from the research is the elaboration of a Municipal Initiative for Local Development (MILD) proposal in the municipality of Mayari through the creation of a mini-industry that will contribute to the diversification of the production of products derived from the agro and the consequent satisfaction of the population.
