Fiabilidad de las camionetas marca Gran Muralla, modelo CC1021CC, perteneciente a la guardia eléctrica de la Empresa Eléctrica de Holguín en condiciones de explotación

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se realizó un estudio de los reiterados fallos y averías en los diferentes sistemas de trabajo de las camionetas Marca Gran Muralla, Modelo CC1021CC, perteneciente a la guardia eléctrica de la Empresa Eléctrica de Holguín en condiciones de explotación para incrementar su fiablidad, disminuir los costos y elevar su disponibilidad técnica. A partir de los conceptos básicos de: La Ley de la Fiabilidad, y la aplicación dentro de ella de La función densidad de la distribución Exponencial, utilizando como software el MATLAB en su versión 7.11.0.584 (R2010b) B que significa “MATRIX LABORATORY”, a partir de la documentación reglamentada se realizó la base de datos que permitió la obtención de los resultados permitiendo proponer la implementación de un nuevo sistema en la gestión del mantenimiento, siendo el más factible el Sistema Alterno de Mantenimiento (SAM).

The present work has as fundamental objective the analysis of the reiterated failures in the vans mark Great Wall model CC1021CC, manufactures in China for the specific conditions of its exploitation, in the system of work of the Electric Watch of the Electric Company of Holguín. Starting from the basic concepts of: The Law of the Reliability, and the application whitin the exponential pattern this work was made, using as software the MATLAB in its version 7.11.0.584 (R2010b) B that means ''MATRIX LABORATORY", starting from the documentation regulated by the company the indicators were chosen to allow to determine the failures in the main systems of work of these equipments, to take actions that allow to diminish it, and to elevate the coefficient of technical availability.
