Análisis de los asentamientos del secador tubular rotatorio no.7 de la Industria del Níquel de Moa

Abstract

Los secadores tubulares rotatorios son muy importantes en el procesamiento del material de la industria del níquel en Moa. Los asentamientos que se producen en equipamientos comprometen la seguridad operacional de los mismos. Por lo que se hace necesario la obtención de los asentamientos de los cimientos del secador tubular rotatorio No.7 mediante el software GeoStudio ya que es el que mayores problemas presenta, para poder lograr una vigilancia tecnológica más efectiva. En la realización de este trabajo se utilizaron los métodos investigativos teóricos y empíricos para lograr una mejor comprensión de la información analizada. Se realizó la modelación del suelo debido a las cargas impuestas en el software GeoStudio obteniéndose valores de asentamiento absoluto en cada uno de los cimientos. Los valores obtenidos manifiestan una notable diferencia en cuanto a las especificaciones de proyecto de los secadores lo que influye en su correcto funcionamiento. La bibliografía se organizó según las normas APA en su 6ta edición.

The tubular rotatory driers are very important in the processing of the material of the industry of the nickel in Moa. The settlements that they have appoint they operational security. For this cause is necessary obtaining the settlements of the foundations of the tubular rotatory drier No.7 intervening the software GeoStudio, because it is that present bigger problems, to make a better technological vigilance. Was utilized the investigating theoretic methods and empiricists to achieve a better understanding of the examined information in the realization of this work. GeoStudio accomplished the modelation of the ground due to the loads imposed in the software and it obtained values of absolute settlement in each one of the foundations. The obtained values manifest a notable difference as to the specifications of project of the driers that influences its correct functioning.
