Diagnóstico para determinar las causas que provocan los impactos ambientales hospitalarios. Aplicación en el Hospital General “Vladimir Ilich Lenin”

Abstract

La Gestión Ambiental es esencial en cualquier sistema de trabajo en el que se quiera lograr la mitigación efectiva de los impactos medioambientales. Parte importante en la Gestión Ambiental lo constituye el diagnóstico ambiental, el cual es un proceso que se realiza para mejorar las condiciones ambientales de una organización ante los clientes y la sociedad; en el campo de la salud constituye un elemento importante y dinámico por las peculiaridades de estos centros por lo que se plantea como objetivo general de la investigación diseñar un procedimiento para determinar las causas que provocan los impactos ambientales en entidades hospitalarias. Para lo cual se aplicaron diferentes métodos de investigación teóricos y empíricos que contribuyeron con el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto. Con la investigación se lograron resultados significativos entre los que se encuentran: el diseño de un procedimiento de diagnóstico para determinar las causas que provocan los impactos ambientales y su aplicación en el Hospital General “Vladimir Ilich Lenin´”, determinándose las causas que provocan los impactos ambientales, a partir de las cuales se trazaron estrategias de solución que debe seguir la organización, como elemento colateral de la investigación.

The Environmental Administration is essential in any work system in the one that is wanted to achieve the effective mitigation of the environmental impacts. It leaves important in the Environmental Administration it constitutes it the environmental diagnosis, which is a process that is carried out to improve the environmental conditions of an organization before the clients and the society; in the field of the health it constitutes an important and dynamic element for the peculiarities of these centers for what thinks about as general objective of the investigation to design a procedure to determine the causes that cause the environmental impacts in hospital entities. For that which different theoretical and empiric investigation methods were applied that they contributed with the execution of the proposed objective. With the investigation significant results were achieved among those that are: the design of a diagnosis procedure to determine the causes that cause the environmental impacts and their application in the General Hospital "Vladimir Ilich Lenin”, being determined the causes that cause the environmental impacts, starting from which solution strategies were traced that should follow the organization, as colateral element of the investigation.
