Diseño de bóvedas de ladrillo en cubiertas y entrepisos para el Sistema Sandino

Abstract

Al realizar un análisis de la problemática de la vivienda en Cuba se manifestó la insuficiencia de materiales para la construcción de viviendas (cemento, arena y acero), en especial los que se destinan a las cubiertas y entrepisos que son a la vez los elementos estructurales más costosos y complejos de construir. En busca de nuevas soluciones para la construcción, que cumplan los requerimientos de una vivienda saludable y económica, se plantea el estudio de las bóvedas de ladrillo de barro para cubiertas y entrepisos como alternativa sostenible. Las tipologías habitacionales definen la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos que residen en cada una de estas. En nuestro país las técnicas de construcción han evolucionado según el momento histórico vivido, al igual que los sistemas constructivos. En este trabajo investigativo se evidencia que el sistema prefabricado Sandino está entre los más idóneos para la construcción por esfuerzo propio debido a sus características. De ahí que se hace una propuesta de diseño para cubiertas y entrepisos de bóvedas de ladrillo para el sistema Sandino, lo cual indicó ser una solución prácticamente desconocida, pero a la vez factible desde el punto de vista económico, social y medio ambiental en comparación con otras variantes de cubiertas y entrepisos. El resultado obtenido constituye una herramienta para los inversionistas, profesionales y la población en general.

When accomplishing an analysis of the problems of the house in Cuba the insufficiency of materials for residential construction manifested itself (cement, sand and steel), in special the ones that destine the covers and mezzanines that are at the same time the structural elements themselves more expensive and complex of constructing. In search of new solutions for the construction, that fulfill the requests of a wholesome and cost- reducing house, he proposes the study of the vaults of earthenware brick for covers and mezzanines as an alternative sustainable. The habitational typologies define the quality of life of the citizens that reside in every one of these. In our country the techniques of the construction have evolved according to the historic moment lived, just like the constructive systems. In this investigating work it becomes evident than the prefabricated system Sandino is between the most suitable for the construction by his bootstraps due to his characteristics. So that Sandino prepares a designing proposal for covers and mezzanines of vaults of brick for the system, which indicated to be a practically unknown solution, but to the feasible time from the point of sight economic, social and half-way environmental as compared with other variants of covers and mezzanines. The obtained result constitutes a tool for the investors, professionals and the population in general
