Abstract

La representación de indicadores de estructura e infraestructura para la resiliencia ante inundaciones por lluvias intensas en las zonas urbanas, resulta de vital importancia, por la necesidad de contar con un instrumento que permita identificar y visualizar las mayores problemáticas. Existen varios estudios urbanos realizados con rigor investigativo y científico, sin embargo, la escasa existencia de instrumentos gráficos que colaboren con la toma de decisiones en el proceso de desarrollo de las capas técnicas para el mejoramiento de la estructura e infraestructura de la ciudad es un hecho que no acompaña la gran cantidad de información urbanística generada.Es por ello que el objetivo de la presente investigación es elaborar un procedimiento para la representación de indicadores de estructura e infraestructura que permita aumentar la visibilidad de los riesgos de vulnerabilidad y desastres ante inundaciones por lluvias intensas. La aplicación del procedimiento en el consejo popular Vista Alegre, permitió contar con una herramienta gráfica y testimonial que contribuye a la toma de soluciones más acertadas como instrumento de gestión ambiental, para el estudio integral de aspectos urbanísticos desde una experiencia docente en la enseñanza universitaria. La investigación se basó en la aplicación de un sistema de métodos históricos, empíricos y estadísticos – matemáticos; además, de emplearse la norma APA.
