Proyección tecnológica del almacén de Insumos y Ferretería (8P) de la Empresa Comercializadora Mayorista International Trading House Holguín

Abstract

La logística con su visión en la esfera del comercio constituye un factor clave, y por sus propios objetivos, enfoques y técnicas, tiene un impacto significativo en los atributos de cantidad, tiempo, costo y servicio, que propician brindar los productos en la variedad, calidad, lugar y momento que son demandados por los clientes; y para esto la actividad de almacenamiento juega un papel fundamental. Sobre la base de lo antes expuesto, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo la aplicación parcial de un procedimiento para la proyección tecnológica del almacén de Insumos y Ferretería (8P) perteneciente la Empresa Comercializadora Mayorista International Trading House (ITH) Holguín. Para cumplir el objetivo propuesto se examinó un conjunto de bibliografías, permitiendo seleccionar el procedimiento de Gamboa Pujals (2015), y adaptarlo a las características y exigencias de la investigación. Las principales deficiencias identificadas están relacionadas con: violaciones de los principios de almacenamiento, deficiente organización en planta del almacén y bajo aprovechamiento de las capacidades de almacenamiento. Estas sirven como punto de partida para proponer soluciones que contribuyen a reducir efectos negativos, como parte de estas se destacan la propuesta de una nueva distribución en planta, el expediente logístico actualizado, así como un plan de acción para implementar y controlar el conjunto de soluciones propuestas. En el desarrollo de esta investigación se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el histórico-lógico, análisis y síntesis e inductivo - deductivo; y métodos empíricos como observación directa, revisión de documentos y entrevistas.

The logistics with its vision in the sphere of the trade constitutes a key factor, and for its own objectives, focuses and techniques, it has a significant impact in the attributes of quantity, time, cost and service that propitiate to offer the products in the variety, quality, place and moment which are demanded by the clients; and in order to accomplish that, the storage activity plays a fundamental role. On the base of the before exposed, the present investigation has as objective the partial application of a procedure for the technological projection of the warehouse 8P belonging to the enterprise Comercializadora Mayorista International Trading House (ITH) Holguín. To complete the proposed objective a group of bibliographies was examined, allowing to select the procedure of Gamboa Pujals (2015), and to adapt it to the characteristics and demands of the investigation. The main identified deficiencies are related with violations of the storage principles, faulty organization in plant of the warehouse and low use of the storage capacities. These deficiencies permit to propose solutions which contribute to reduce negative effects, like part of these, stand out the proposal of a new distribution in plant, the up-to-date logistical file, as well as an action plan to implement and to control the group of solutions proposals. In the development of this investigation theoretical methods were used, like the historical- logical, analysis and synthesis and inductive - deductive; and empiric methods as direct observation, revision of documents and interviews.
