Aplicación del procedimiento para la gestión integrada y proactiva de las restricciones físicas en el Hotel Playa Pesquero

Abstract

La presente investigación fue realizada en el Hotel Playa Pesquero perteneciente al Grupo de Turismo Gaviota S.A. de la provincia de Holguín. A partir de las insuficiencias detectadas en el sistema de gestión logística se plantea como objetivo de estudio aplicar un procedimiento que asegure la concepción integrada y proactiva de la gestión de las restricciones físicas en dicho hotel contribuyendo a mejorar sus niveles de eficiencia y eficacia. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto se elaboró el marco teórico referencial de la investigación donde aparecen recogidos los elementos fundamentales que permiten adentrarse en el estudio del tema; además se utilizaron diferentes métodos teóricos y empíricos como análisis y síntesis, inducción y deducción, método de los expertos, entre otros. Con la aplicación del procedimiento se obtuvieron los resultados esperados al demostrar el uso de TIC 1 para pronosticar acertadamente la demanda además se elaboraron alternativas para elevar la capacidad del flujo logístico, generando ahorros de gran impacto para los indicadores económicos con la disminución de volúmenes de compra de insumos no restrictivos, organización del trabajo y estrategia de capacidad para la restricción subordinadora. Los indicadores de control dotaron a la organización de un instrumento para medir cuánto se beneficia el sistema con el procedimiento propuesto.

The present investigation was carried out in the Playa Pesquero Hotel belonging to the Group of Tourism Gaviota Corp. of the county of Holguín. Starting from the inadequacies detected in the system of administration logistics thinks about like objective of study apply a procedure that assures the integrated conception and proactive of the administration of the physical restrictions in saying hotel contributing to improve their levels of efficiency and efficacy. In order to give execution to the proposed objective the frame was elaborated theoretical of the investigation where they appear picked up the fundamental elements that allow to go into in the study of the topic; they were also used several theoretical and empiric methods like analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, method of the experts, among others. With the application of the procedure the prospective results were obtained upon demonstrating the use of TIC in order to predict the demand wisely they were also elaborated alternative in order to elevate the capacity of the logistical flow generating savings of great impact for the economic indicators with the decrease of volumes of purchase of materials not restrictive, organization of the work and strategy of capacity for the restriction subordinate. The indicators of control endowed to the organization of an instrument in order to measure how much the system whit the proposed procedure benefits.
