Proyección tecnológica del almacén de ferretería, planes especiales y reserva estatal de la Empresa Comercializadora y de Servicios de Productos Universales Holguín

Abstract

El almacenamiento constituye un elemento relevante para las empresas modernas, lo que hace necesaria la realización de una gestión eficiente que permita conservar los productos necesarios, con la calidad deseada y al menor costo posible.Sobre la base de lo antes expuesto, la presente investigación se realizó en la Empresa Comercializadora y de Servicios de Productos Universales Holguín, con el objetivo de aplicar un procedimiento para laproyección tecnológica del almacén de ferretería, planes especiales y reserva estatal. Para cumplir el objetivo propuesto se examinó un conjunto de bibliografías, permitiendo perfeccionar el procedimiento seleccionado, adaptándolo a las características y exigencias de la investigación.Mediante el diagnóstico a la actividad de almacenamiento, se detectaron insatisfacciones de los clientes con respecto al servicio recibido, violación de requisitos establecidos en las Resoluciones 59/041 y 153/07 2, inadecuada manipulación de las mercancías y bajo aprovechamiento de la capacidad actual de almacenamiento debido al estado técnico deficiente de los equipos de manipulación.Con la aplicación de una lista de verificación se manifestó que los requisitos relacionados con la actividad de almacenamiento son los que mayor incidencia tienen en la conservación de los productos. Para reducir el impacto de estas deficiencias se tomaron medidas lo cual permitió proyectar un conjunto de mejoras materializadas a través del cumplimiento del plan de acciones propuesto.Durante el desarrollo de la investigación se emplearon los siguientes métodos teóricos: histórico – lógico, análisis y síntesis, inductivo deductivo y modelación, así como los métodos empíricos: observación directa, entrevistas y análisis documental.

The storage constitutes a relevant element for the modern companies, that does necessary the realization of an efficient step that it enable preserving the necessary products, with the desired quality and to the minor possible cost. On it base before exposed, present it investi gation came true at the Company TradingEnterprise and Servicesof Universals Products Holgui n, for the sake of applying a procedure for the technological projection of the store of hardware store, especial plans and state-owned reserve. As a mere formality the proposed objective examined a set of bibliographies itself, allowing to make the selected procedure perfect, adapting it to the characteristics and requirements of investigation. By means of the diagnosis to the activity of storage, 59/04 and 153/07, inadequate manipulation of the goods and under use of the present-day capability of storage due to the technical deficient status of the teams of manipulation detected dissatisfactions of the customers regarding the received service, violation of requirements established in the Resolutions themselves, and the fact that the requirements related with the activity of storage are manifested itself with the application of a check list them that they have bigger incidence in the conservation of the products. Measures took in order to reduce the impact of these deficiencies which allowed projecting a set of improvements materialized through the fulfillment of the plan of proposed actions. They used the following theoretic methods during the development of investig ation: Historic – logician, analysis and synthesis, inductive deductive and modelation, as well as the empiric methods: Direct observation, interviews and documentary analysis.
