Cálculo de la fuerza de trabajo calificada en el Municipio de Cueto

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma fue realizado con el objetivo general de aplicar un procedimiento para la PRH en el nivel territorial que posibilite disponer de los RH competentes y en las cantidades requeridas. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto se elaboró el marco teórico referencial de la investigación donde aparecen recogidos los elementos fundamentales que permiten adentrarse en el estudio del tema. Se aplicó el procedimiento diseñado por Martínez Vivar (2014), y con la aplicación parcial del mismo en el municipio de Cueto se diagnosticó el estado actual en que se encuentra el municipio. Se determinaron las deficiencias existentes, a partir de las cuales se trazaron las estrategias de mejora que debe seguir el municipio. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se aplicaron métodos teóricos y empíricos incluyendo técnicas y herramientas de la ingeniería industrial y otras especialidades afines que contribuyeron en el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto. Además se detectó que el problema existente está dado por los estados de déficits o excedencia de los RH en el nivel territorial. Los principales resultados de la aplicación se reflejan en la reducción del déficits de recursos humanos en el territorio al 26 % y una disminución del excedente al 38 %, lográndose un mejor aprovechamiento y disponibilidad de las capacidades humanas instaladas en el territorio como contribución a su desarrollo prospectivo.

The present diploma work was carried out with the general objective of applying a procedure for the PRH in the territorial level that facilitates to have the competent RH and in the required quantities. To give execution to the proposed objective the mark theoretical referencial of the investigation it was elaborated where they appear picked up the fundamental elements that allow to go into in the study of the topic. The procedure was applied designed by Martínez Vivar (2014), and with the partial application of the same one in the municipality of Cueto the current state was diagnosed in that is the municipality. The existent deficiencies were determined, starting from which the strategies of improvement were traced that it should follow the municipality. For the development of the work theoretical and empiric methods were applied including technical and tools of the industrial engineering and other specialties tune that they contributed in the execution of the proposed objective. It was also detected that the existent problem is given by the states of absence or increment of the RH in the territorial level. The main results of the application are reflected in the reduction of the lack of human resources in the territory to 26% and a decrease from the surplus to 38%, a better use and readiness of the human capacities installed in the territory like contribution to their prospective development being achieved.
