Procedimiento para la implementación del precio por acuerdo en la Empresa Inmobiliaria Almest Holguín

Abstract

Las modificaciones a la política económica y en especial al proceso inversionista que acontecen en nuestro país obliga a los profesionales a prepararse en pos de las nuevas formas de trabajo. Una de las principales variaciones es la modificación del sistema presupuestario vigente, por lo que en la presente investigación se trabajó sobre la base de este problema obteniendo un procedimiento para la implementación del sistema de Precio por Acuerdo y para la construcción de bases de datos propias para las empresas constructoras, tomando como referencia la Inmobiliaria ALMEST Holguín. Para lograr la solución del problema de la investigación y el cumplimiento de los objetivos se emplearon métodos de investigación de naturaleza teórica y empírica.

The modifications to the economic policy and especially to the investment process the fact that they happen at our country forces the professionals to get ready in pursuit of the new forms of work. One of the principal variations is the modification of the budgetary system in use, for that in present it investigation was worked up on this problem's base getting a procedure for implementation the Price by Agreement system and for the construction of bases of data own for the construction firms, taking as reference the Real State Company ALMEST Holguín. In order to achieve the solution of the problem of investigation and fact-finding methods of theoretic nature and empiricist used the fulfillment of the objectives themselves.
