Propuesta metodológica para el diseño curricular de una asignatura. Aplicación parcial en la asignatura Ingeniería de Métodos

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en el departamento de Ingeniería Industrial. El objetivo principal es realizar una propuesta metodológica para el diseño curricular de la asignatura Ingeniería de Métodos, la cual se imparte en el 1 er semestre del 3er año de la carrera. Para cumplir el objetivo propuesto se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de la literatura nacional e internacional relacionada con la temática en cuestión. Del estudio de las distintas metodologías y modelos de diseño estudiadas se definieron las etapas y pasos del diseño curricular. Se realizó la caracterización de la carrera, la disciplina Ingeniería del Factor Humano y la asignatura donde se evidenciaron las particularidades y características de estas en los distintos planes de estudio desde 1962 hasta la actualidad. En el capítulo 2 se presenta la metodología propuesta, en la cual se tienen en cuenta las leyes y principios que rigen el diseño curricular. La metodología se concibió con la intención de contribuir al perfeccionamiento del proceso docenteeducativo de la carrera. Esta consta de 5 etapas, 6 pasos y 13 tareas en las cuales se tomaron en consideración las influencias del entorno y las necesidades propias de profesores y alumnos. Fue sometida a valoración por el criterio de expertos mediante el método de Concordancia de Kendall resultando factible su aplicación. Como parte de las tareas a realizar en la metodología se definió el estado actual del diseño curricular de la asignatura el cual fue evaluado de regular. En el capítulo 3 se realizó la aplicación parcial de la propuesta metodológica. Finalmente se confeccionó el nuevo expediente de la asignatura Ingeniería de Métodos, el cual constituye el resultado tangible de esta investigación.

The present investigation was carried out in the department of Industrial Engineering. The main objective is to carry out a methodological proposal for the curricular design of the subject Engineering of Methods, which is imparted in the 1er semester of the 3er year of the career. To complete the proposed objective was carried out a bibliographical revision of the national and international literature related with the thematic one in question. Of the study of the different methodologies and studied design models were defined the stages and steps of the curricular design. It was carried out the characterization of the career, the discipline Engineering of the Human Factor and the subject where the particularities were evidenced and characteristic of these in the different study plans from 1962 until the present time. In the chapter 2 the proposed methodology is presented, in which are kept in mind the laws and principles that govern the curricular design. The methodology was conceived with the intention of contributing to the improvement of the educational-educational process of the career. This consists of 5 stages, 6 steps and 13 tasks in which took in consideration the influences of the environment and the necessities characteristic of professors and students. It was subjected to valuation for the approach of experts by means of the method of Agreement of Kendall being feasible their application. As part of the tasks to carry out in the methodology was defined the current state of the curricular design of the subject which was evaluated of regulating. In the chapter 3 were carried out the partial application of the methodological proposal. Finally the new file of the subject Engineering of Methods was made, which constitutes the tangible result of this investigation.
