Programa para curso de capacitación sobre la Tecnología PVC TECNOCOM de la línea Newen

Abstract

La imagen y competitividad de la Empresa Estatal Socialista de Transporte, Construcción y Abastecimiento en la provincia de Holguín (TCA), así como, la conquista de un liderazgo y permanencia en el mercado, como constructora y montadora del sistema de carpintería PVC TECNOCOM por la Línea Newen, está directamente relacionada al nivel de preparación que muestren tener sus trabajadores. La continua movilidad laboral de los trabajadores y las insuficiencias en las estrategias de capacitación de la empresa, ponen en riesgo en tiempo real, el prestigio alcanzado por la entidad y en consecuencia su eficiencia económica. La investigación propone un programa para curso de capacitación de los trabajadores de la TCA en torno a la tecnología de carpintería por el sistema PVC TECNOCOM por la Línea Newen, como alternativa factible para la formación continua de los trabajadores. Para la dentificación y solución del problema de investigación se emplearon métodos de la investigación científica de naturaleza teórica, empírica y matemático – estadística.
