Abstract

En la presente investigación se proponen acciones de mantenimiento, inspección y revisión de los edificios patrimoniales ocupados por la corporación CIMEX en el Centro Histórico de Holguín en la cual labora el autor, para que en sus instalaciones se realicen de manera periódica y sistemática, y con carácter previsor para reducir al mínimo los problemas o fallos futuros. El mantenimiento correctivo tiene la posibilidad de ser programado en el tiempo y, por tanto, evaluado económicamente. Está destinado, como su nombre lo indica, a la previsión mediante el control de las deficiencias y problemas que se puedan presentar debido al uso natural de la edificación. Las revisiones e inspecciones de rutina son operaciones típicas del mantenimiento, igual la puesta en marcha y parada de ciertas instalaciones, la limpieza técnica e higiénica, así como la sustitución o reparación de pequeñas partes o zonas dañadas. Estas inspecciones serán programadas sobre la base de las especificaciones establecidas en el trabajo de tesis
