Análisis de la rentabilidad económica en la Unidad Básica 627 Holguín

Abstract

En los momentos actuales se hace necesario que las empresas optimicen sus recursos, como principal fuente para alcanzar la eficiencia empresarial. Este tema reviste gran importancia, muestra de esto lo constituyen los Lineamientos de la Política Económica y Social del Estado de la República de Cuba, específicamente en el acápite I Modelo de Gestión Económica, Lineamientos generales en el siete se plantea ... lograr que el sistema empresarial del país esté constituido por empresas eficientes, bien organizadas y eficaces… Los directivos para llevar a cabo esta línea de trabajo se han trazado técnicas y métodos novedosos, retomando el análisis de los temas financieros, ya que las finanzas de una empresa pueden llevar a esta al triunfo o pueden hacerla quebrar. Para mantener una economía estable, es necesario realizar estudios, entre los que juega un papel importante el análisis de la rentabilidad económica. La presente investigación se desarrolló en la Unidad Básica 627 de Holguín donde se realizó un análisis de este indicador. Para ello se utilizó la metodología propuesta por Estevez Jiménez (2014). Se utilizaron diversos métodos teóricos, empíricos y técnicas entre las cuales se pueden mencionar: observación directa, revisión documental, análisis económico, trabajo en grupo, pirámide Dupont y técnicas de consenso.

The executives to carry out this trajectory of work have drawn techniques and innovative methods themselves, retaking the analysis of the financial themes, since the finance of a company can carry this to the triumph or can bankrupt her. In order to hold a stable economy, it is necessary to accomplish education, between the ones its plays an important part between the analysis of the cost-reducing profitability. The present investigation developed in the Basic Unit 627 of Holguin where an analysis of this indicator came true. For it was used the methodology proposed by Estevez Jiménez (2014). Various theoretic, empiric methods and techniques which one can mention between were used: Direct observation, documentary revision, economic analysis, I work in a group, pyramid DuPont and techniques of consent.
