Procedimiento para la gestión del emprendimiento y la innovación. Aplicación en la Universidad de Holguín ¨Oscar Lucero Moya¨

Abstract

Todo emprendimiento nace de una idea que, por diversas razones, despierta en una o más personas el interés suficiente para acometer todas las acciones posibles en aras de hacerla realidad en el menor tiempo y con los mejores resultados, pero esto no ocurre de manera aislada, sino que depende del contexto en que se desarrolla y del modo de innovación que predomine, es el entorno universitario un ambiente propicio para la generación de ideas que potencien la innovación. La presente investigación fue realizada en la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”, con el objetivo de diseñar un procedimiento para la gestión del emprendimiento y la innovación en organizaciones cubanas y aplicarlo en la institución objeto de estudio. Se propone un procedimiento que consta de tres etapas y doce pasos que siguen una secuencia lógica y coherente, diseñado para su implementación en cualquier organización cubana. Con su aplicación en la entidad objeto de estudio se determinó que la motivación de los estudiantes y trabajadores, constituye la mayor oportunidad para el desarrollo de la actividad emprendedora e innovadora, así como la disponibilidad de recursos y el respaldo financiero las principales limitantes. Se presentan propuestas concretas que posibilitan aprovechar las limitaciones para convertirlas en oportunidades de innovación y emprendimiento.

Present it investigation was accomplished at Holguín's University Oscar Lucero Moya, with the Objective of designing a procedure for the entrepreneurship 's step and the invention in organizations cubans and applying it at the institution object of study. Laid plans a procedure that consists of three stages and twelve steps that obey a logical and coherent sequence, designed for his implementation in any organization cuban. With his application at the entity object of study it was determined that the motivation of the students and workers constitutes the bigger opportunity for the development of the enterprising activity and innovator, as well as the availability of resources and the financial backing the principal limitations. They show up concrete proposals that make it possible to take the limitations to turn them into opportunities of invention and entrepreneurship.
