Acciones para impulsar la Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en el sector no estatal del municipio Holguín

Abstract

Es destacable el papel que juega la seguridad y salud en el trabajo y su gestión en cualquier actividad humana. No considerar estos aspectos afecta la calidad de vida de las personas y el desempeño de las actividades que se realizan. Por otra parte es significativa la proyección que ha alcanzado en los últimos años el sector no estatal en Cuba; el que ha emergido como una vía de solución a los problemas económicos que enfrenta el país. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general proponer acciones para impulsar la Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en el sector no estatal del municipio Holguín. Para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos específicos se sentaron las bases teórico-prácticas del objeto de estudio, se caracterizó el sector no estatal de este municipio y se llevó a cabo un diagnóstico de la organización rectora de la política del trabajo por cuenta propia. Del análisis realizado se concluyó que las acciones desarrolladas por el organismo rector no son suficientes para promover la Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en el sector no estatal del municipio Holguín. Por tanto se proponen en el informe acciones que agrupadas en esferas como organización, capacitación, comunicación y participación contribuirán a mejorar la situación existente. El empleo de diversas técnicas y métodos asociadas a la Ingeniería Industrial enriquecieron y facilitaron los resultados obtenidos.

It is prominent the paper that plays the safety and health occupational and their management at any human activity. Do not consider these aspects affects people's life quality and the performance of the activities carried out. In the other hand it is significant the projection that has reached in the last years the non state sector in Cuba; sector that has emerged as a solution to the economic problems that faces the country. The present investigative work has as general objective to propose actions to impel the safety and health occupational´s management at work in the non state sector of the Holguín municipality. To accomplish the specific objectives were sat down the theoretical-practical bases of the study object, the non state sector of this municipality was characterized and it was carried out a diagnosis of the politics organization rector at work. The carried out analysis concluded that the actions developed by some of the rectors organisms are not enough to promote the Safety and Health Occupational´s Management in the non state sector of the Holguín municipality. Therefore the report proposes actions contained in spheres like organization, training, communication and participation will contribute to improve the existent situation. The diverse technical and methods employee associated to the Industrial Engineering enriched and facilitated the results obtained.
