Diagnóstico para determinar las causas que provocan los impactos ambientales hospitalarios. Aplicación en el Hospital General “Vladimir Ilich Lenin”

Abstract

La Gestión Ambiental debe ser analizada como parte de la gestión de cualquier institución, es por ello que las organizaciones están llamadas a alcanzar un uso racional de los recursos naturales que se requieren para la consecución y el cumplimiento de sus objetivos y metas. Parte importante en la Gestión Ambiental lo constituye el diagnóstico ambiental, el cual es un proceso que garantiza la determinación de desviaciones que impiden el mejor desempeño ambiental. Las instituciones hospitalarias no se encuentran ajenas a esta situación, por lo que se plantea como objetivo general de la investigación desarrollar un procedimiento para determinar las causas que provocan los impactos ambientales en dichas entidades. Para lo cual se aplicaron diferentes métodos de investigación teóricos y empíricos que contribuyeron con el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto. Entre los principales resultados se encuentran el diseño de un procedimiento de diagnóstico ambiental para determinar las causas que provocan los impactos ambientales hospitalarios y la aplicación del mismo en el hospital Clínico Quirúrgico de Holguín “Lucía Íñiguez Landín”, determinándose las causas que provocan los impactos ambientales, a partir de las cuales se trazaron las estrategias de solución que debe seguir la organización.

The Environmental Administration should be analyzed as part of the administration of any institution, it is for it that the organizations are called to reach a rational use o f the natural resources that they are required for the attainment and the execution of their objectives and goals. It leaves important in the Environmental Administration it constitutes it the environmental diagnosis, which is a process that guarantees the determination of deviations that they impede the best environmental acting. The hospital institutions are not unaware to this situation, for what thinks about as general objective of the investigation to develop a procedure to determine the causes that cause the environmental impacts in these entities. For that which different theoretical and empiric investigation methods were applied that they contributed with the execution of the proposed objective. Among the main results they are the design of a procedure of diagnostic environmental to determine the causes that cause the organizational environmental impacts and the application of the same one in the Surgical Clinical Hospital of Holguin Lucia Iñiguez Landin, being determined the causes that cause the environmental impacts, as a result starting from whic h the solution strategies were traced that should follow the organization.
