Caracterización técnico-constructiva de las edificaciones con valor patrimonial en el Municipio Urbano Noris

Abstract

La preparación de ingenieros civiles en la Universidad de Holguín requiere de una formación de profesionales más competentes y con una amplia cultura sobre las construcciones con valor patrimonial de la provincia, por lo que es necesaria la creación de un material de estudio que aborde sobre las mismas. La presente investigación propone resolver tal situación, en este caso sobre las construcciones con valor patrimonial del municipio Urbano Noris y obtuvo como resultado una ficha técnico-constructiva de las edificaciones, que considera las potencialidades educativas del vínculo institución educativa universitaria – contexto local para su desempeño laboral. La solución del problema de la investigación y el cumplimiento del objetivo fue posible con la implementación de un sistema de métodos de la investigación científica de naturaleza teórica, empírica y estadística – matemática.

The training of civil engineers in the University of Holguin requires of a rasing of more competent engineers and with a wide culture on the constructions with patrimonial value for the province, for this reason it is necessary the creation of a support material to deal with those topics. The current investigation has the aim of getting to a solution for this problematic situation, which deals with the different buildings with patrimonial value in Urbano Noris. It has as result a technical- constructive record that considers the educational potentialities of the integration between educational universitary institution and the local context. The solution of the problem of investigation and the fulfilement of the objective were possible because of the implementation of a system of theoretical and empirical methods of the scientific investigation.
