Aplicación de metodología para el ordenamiento de los residuos sólidos domiciliarios en el Consejo Popular Vista Alegre

Abstract

El ineficiente manejo de los residuos sólidos domiciliarios continúa siendo en la actualidad motivo de preocupación por su fuerte incidencia en la calidad de vida y la conservación del medio ambiente. Por tanto, para mejorar esta problemática en las ciudades donde su desmedido crecimiento poblacional ha provocado un incremento en la demanda de recursos naturales y una generación de residuos inabsorbible para la mayoría de los ecosistemas se requiere aplicar herramientas que permitan regular este fenómeno desde la singularidad de cada una. Tal es el caso del Consejo Popular Vista Alegre de la ciudad de Holguín, donde se implementó una metodología para el ordenamiento de los residuos sólidos domiciliarios que permitió una mejor organización del servicio de limpieza urbana y generar cambios e impactos favorables en la calidad de su ambiente, propiciando mejores condiciones ambientales para sus habitantes. La solución del problema de la investigación y el cumplimiento del objetivo fue posible con la implementación de un sistema de métodos de investigación científica de naturaleza teórica, empírica y estadística – matemática.

The inefficient handling of the domiciliary solid residuals continues being at the present time reason of concern for its strong incidence in the quality of life and the conservation of the environment. Therefore, to improve this problem in the cities where their limitless population growth has caused an increment in the demand of natural resources and a generation of residuals for most of the ecosystems it is required to apply tools that allow to regulate this phenomenon from the singularity of each one. Such it is the case of the Council Popular Cheerful View of the city of Holguín, where a methodology was implemented for the classification of the domiciliary solid residuals that allowed a better organization of the service of urban cleaning and to generate changes and favorable impacts in the quality of its atmosphere, propitiating better environmental conditions for its inhabitants. The solution of the problem of the investigation and the execution of the objective was possible with the implementation of a system of methods of scientific investigation of theoretical, empiric nature and statistic - mathematics.
