Propuesta de rediseño del subconjunto raspadores de la máquina cortadora de hebras de tabaco reconstituido SHEREDDER SM/1.1 ITEM 318 de la Empresa de Cigarros Lázaro Peña de Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo fue realizado en la Empresa de Cigarros Lázaro Peña de Holguín, en él se plantea como objetivo fundamental el rediseño del subconjunto raspadores de la máquina cortadora de hebras SHEREDDER SM/1.1 ITEM 318 de la planta de tabaco reconstituido. En el capítulo uno se hace una reseña histórica y una breve muestra del procesamiento del mismo. Así como una descripción de los métodos, maquinaria y formas de obtención de la lámina de tabaco reconstituido. Para el diseño del subconjunto se empleó el software SolidWorks 2016 el cual nos ofrece muchísimas herramientas importantes que nos facilitan una rápida creación. En el capítulo dos se desarrolla el diseño completo y la asignación de material por pieza. Todo con el objetivo de mejorar considerablemente las condiciones de explotación de la cortadora, disminuyendo así los costos del mantenimiento, con un mayor ahorro de material, fiabilidad y durabilidad durante el proceso productivo.

The present work was carried out in the Empresa de Cigarros Lázaro Peña de Holguín, where the fundamental objective was the redesign of the scraper sub- assembly of the SHEREDDER SM / 1.1 ITEM 318 strand cutting machine of the reconstituted tobacco plant. In chapter one there is a historical review and a brief sample of the processing of it. As well as a description of the methods, machinery and ways of obtaining the reconstituted tobacco sheet. For the design of the subset SolidWorks 2016 software was used, which offers us many important tools that allow us to create quickly. In chapter two the complete design and the allocation of material per piece is developed. All with the aim of considerably improving the operating conditions of the cutter, thus reducing maintenance costs, with greater material savings, reliability and durability during the production process.
