Índices de la fiabilidad del parque automotor de la Unidad de Transportación de Combustible del sistema CUPET de la provincia de Holguín

Abstract

La investigación aborda el estudio de los principales índices de funcionabilidad de la flota de transporte de la Unidad de Transportación de Combustibles del sistema Cupet en la provincia Holguín. Se trabajó con 3448 registros del funcionamiento del parque automotor durante el año 2017 en 97 vehículos divididos en cinco líneas diferentes. Fueron calculados los Coeficiente de Disponibilidad Técnica (CDT), Tiempo Medio Para Reparar (TMPR), flujo de fallo (W) y el Tiempo Medio Entre Fallos (TMEF). Se obtuvieron las horas disponibles de la flota de transporte en el período estudiado y las que se encontraba inoperativa; fueron identificados los sistemas y elementos críticos; así como sus principales modos, causas de fallos y las acciones correctivas más empleadas. Estos fundamentos favorecen el proceso de mantenimiento y pueden disminuir los costos por transportaciones. Finalmente se realiza una valoración cuantitativa del costo de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, así como cualitativamente se valora el impacto ambiental y para la defensa.

The investigation approach the study of the principal index of Combustibles 's functionality of the fleet of transportation of Transportacion 's Unit of the system Cupet in the provinces Holguin. It was worked up with 3448 records of the functioning of the automotive park during the year 2017 in 97 vehicles divided in five different lines. Technical Disponibility Coefficients (TDC), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), flow of failure (W) and the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) were calculated. Were obtained the available hours from the fleet of transportation in the studied period and the one sthat were inoperative as well; Systems and critical elements were identified; as well as his principal modes, causes of failures and the most used corrective actions. The sefoundations favor the process of maintenance and can decrease the costs for transportations. Finally a quantitative assessment of the preventive and corrective maintenance cost are accomplished, the same way that qualitatively theen vironmental and for the defense impact is appraised.
